Voice Rep Second Soprano

Janet Horne

Since singing in the school choir I had not sung until I moved to live in Herefordshire some 20 years ago and joined Bromyard Choral Society. Although I was nervous to begin with, I really enjoyed it. When my husband and I moved back to our home town of Bristol 5 years ago (having moved around the country for nearly 50 years) I was delighted to be introduced to Westbury Singers. Everyone is so friendly and supportive – I love it

His working life was divided between careers in branch banking, a manager from the age of 27 to 42 followed by G.P. practice management. Between the two he trained as a Junior School teacher.

He enjoys going with his wife to WWT Slimbridge, National Trust gardens and Westonbirt Arboretum as well as spending time with his grandchildren.
